Salad Dressing FAQ

If you've never tried it, you really need to.

What is this salad dressing you're talking about?

You know how Chipotle sells salads? Well, they come with dressing. It tastes really, really good, regardless of what you're putting it on. For me, the salad dressing is a major reason that Chipotle is the best. If I want a burrito, then darn it, I want to add some Chipotle-Honey Vinaigrette. You can't find it at Qdoba or BTB or Pancheros. Dare I say it, it's more essential to the Chipotle experience than the cilantro-lime rice.

What does this Chipotle-Honey Vinaigrette taste like?

It's a bit sweet and a bit spicy, and it's totally addicting. Really, though, don't take my word for it.

Well, how do I order it?

The best technique I've found is to ask for it when you're telling them what meal you want, before they get to asking you which kind of rice you'd prefer. It's usually kept next to the big tub of lettuce that they use for salads, so asking for the salad dressing then will maximize convenience. Be sure to pay attention when you get to the point that they wrap up your order, or else the people before or after you may be in prime position to be accidentally given your dressing.
